What do I need to use Ticket Support Script?

To use the script your hosting account needs to support PHP 4.0 or more and MySQL 4.0 or more. Ticket Support Script will work on any web browser - Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, Safari, etc...

On how many websites am I allowed to install the script on?

You can install the script on ALL your websites. Yes, this is correct ALL YOUR WEBSITES. This includes your own websites and your clients' websites. We do not have any domain or website licenses. With a single script purchase you can use Ticket Support Script on any website that you have.

I need a custom modification done but I know nothing about PHP?

We do all kind of custom modifications. Please send us your requirements and we will give you a non obligation quote.

Can I modify the Ticket Support Script myself?

We have two purchase options. With "User Licence " you cannot modify the script and files are encrypted using Zend Guard which is supported by most web hosting companies. With "Developer Licence " you receive full source codes and you can modify them.

I do not want to modify the script myself. What is Zend optimizer and will "User Licence" work for me?

Zend Optimizer is a free runtime application that enables PHP to run the files encoded by the Zend Guard. Most hosting companies support Zend and there is nothing that you need to worry about. We also have a test script which allows you to check if your hosting plan meets Ticket Support Script requirements. You can download this test script here.

Can I modify the page where people submit tickets if I buy User Licence?

Yes with both licences (User and Developer) you will receive full PHP source codes for the page where people will submit tickets (this page) so you can make it look like your website page.

I want to use Ticket Support Script on my client's website but do not want them to see that it is yours. Is this possible?

Yes, you can buy Developer Licence. It allows you to do custom changes to the script and modify its interface. You can also remove our company details.

I cannot install the script. Will you install it for me?

Yes we can install Ticket Support Script for free on your website. For each additional installation that you need we charge a small fee.
